To keep track of the many samples that we have in circulation at any one time, we raise an invoice and ask you to pay for them in the normal way and then refund you on their return to us. Samples are provided to you on a Sale or Return basis for a period of 28 days from the date of invoice. Providing we receive them undamaged and complete with it’s components and fixings we will issue a full refund for the price paid excluding carriage or incidental charges.
